Private & group bowling coaching
One-on-one and small-group bowling lessons with Coach Alex. Honest coaching, video on every rep, and a written plan you take home after each session.
Programs
Every program runs on the same system: watch it on video, change one thing at a time, and practice it with a plan. One-handed and two-handed bowlers welcome.
A fast assessment for new students. We watch your game, find the single change that pays the most right now, and you feel it before you leave.
The core program. A full private hour: drills, targeting, spare systems, ball motion. Filmed reps, honest feedback, and a written recap with homework after every session.
Bring teammates, friends, or a parent-and-kid pair. Same coaching, split cost. The budget-friendly way to train every week without training alone.
Not local, or between lessons? Send phone video of 10 shots. You get a frame-by-frame breakdown of your release and timing, plus a drill plan, back within 48 hours.
Chasing a title or a new high average? Pattern strategy, equipment choices, pre-shot routine, and managing lane transition when it counts.
The Coach's Notebook · included with every lesson
Most coaching evaporates on the drive home. Mine doesn't. After every session I write up exactly what we changed, why it matters, and the drills to run before I see you next. Reps, counts, and what it should feel like. It's homework. The kind that works.
Pricing
Pay for one lesson at a time, or bundle and knock the per-lesson price down. Every private session includes filmed reps and your written recap. Checkout is secure online through Stripe.

Results
“Went from a 142 to a 178 average in one winter season. The homework sheets are the difference. I finally knew what to practice instead of just bowling games.

“My son actually practices now because he has a checklist from Coach Alex. He treats those recap notes like they're classified documents.

“First coach who explained the why behind every change. One video breakdown fixed the 10-pin problem I'd been living with for three years.

Questions
No. A house ball is fine to start, and plenty of students improve 20 pins before ever buying equipment. When you're ready, I'll walk you through fitting and what's actually worth buying, and what isn't.
Yes. Lane time during your lesson is covered in the price. Just show up with your gear, or rent shoes at the counter.
Ages 7 and up, total beginners through 200-plus averages. League bowlers, youth bowlers, tournament chasers, and people who just want to stop embarrassing themselves at birthday parties. One-handed and two-handed styles both welcome.
Lessons run at my home center. Exact lane assignments and directions come with your booking confirmation.
Buy once, then book your sessions as you go, weekly, biweekly, whatever fits your schedule. Bundles are good for six months from purchase.
Life happens. Give me 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. No-shows and late cancels burn the session.
Absolutely. Any lesson or bundle can be purchased as a gift. It's a better present than another bowling towel, I promise.
